温度对二斑叶螨生长发育及种群动态参数的影响

【摘要】 在室内15℃~35℃恒温条件下,采用富士苹果叶片饲养观察二斑叶螨,结果表明:在15、20、25、30和35℃五种不同温度下,该螨全世代的发育历期分别为44.38、21.77、11.87、8.64和7.27天;产卵期为47.43、31.17、25.88、18.25和11.80天;总产卵量为70.80、100.50、142.35、96.55和68.90粒/(?);种群内禀增长率(r_m)为0.0599、0.l220、0.1959、0.2658和0.3323;净增殖率(Ro)为54.57、75.56、107.86、71.76和50.77;周限增长率(λ)为1.0617、1.1298、1.2164、1.3045和1.3942;种群加倍时间(t)为11.57、5.68、3.54、2.61和2.09天;世代平均周期(T)为6.79、35.45、23.89、16.08和11.82天.
【Abstract】 T. urticae was fed on apple leaves at 15、20、25、30 and 35℃ in laboratory. The results showed that the average development times of one generation lasted 44.38、 21.77、 11.87、 8.64 and 7.27 days, respectively, the ovipositional period was 47.43、31.17、25.88、18.25 and 11.80 days,and the number of eggs laid per female was 70.80、100.50、142.35、96.55 and 68.90, respectively. The intrinsic rate of increase (r_m) was estimated to be 0.0599、0.1220、0.1959、0.2658 and0.3323, and the net reproductive rate (Ro) to be 54.57、 75.56、 107.86、 71.76 and 50.77, respectively.The mean generation time (T) was calculated to be 66.79、 35.45、23.89、 16.08 and 11.82 days, and finite rate of increase (λ) to be 1.0671、1.1298、1.2164、1.3045 and 1.3942, and the days for population to double(t) to be 11.57、5.68、 3.54、 2.61 and 2.09 days, respectively.
