苹果果点结构及其与果实耐贮性关系的研究

【摘要】 通过53个品种果点形态解剖特征观察发现,苹果果点可分为凹陷型、突嘴型、覆盖型、堆积型和开放型5种,凹陷型果点结构简单,对果实保护作用差,属果点发育演变的原始类型;突嘴型果点无木栓细胞结构,属初生类型;覆盖型和堆积型果点结构较完善,但细胞排列松散不规则,属较进化类型;开放型果点结构完善,细胞排列紧密规则,有很好的保护作用,具开放型果点的品种果实贮期失重率低,耐贮藏性强,属进化类型.果点的大小、密度和覆盖值在苹果品种间差异显著,井同果实耐贮藏性呈显著或极显著正相关.

【Abstract】 The observations of fruit dot morphology and dissection 53 apple cultivars indicated that the fruit dot could be devided into 5 types, sunkentype, convextype, covertype, piletype and opentype. The sunken-type dots were simple in texture,and whose protective ability on fruit was poor too.Convextype dots had not phellem cell in texture. Convertype and piletype dots were fairly perfected in texture but whose phellem cells were loosely and irregularly orgnized. Opentype dots were most perfected in texture in 5 dot types, whose structure was close and regular and had perfect protective ability on fruit. The cultivars with opentype dots had lowest water loss during storage and were most storable.The size, density and covering percintage of fruit dots had much remarkabll variace among the cultivars, and they were remarkable positivly related to fruit storability but werenot related to fruit water loss during storage. The cultivar with larger and closer fruit dots were more storable.
