潜隐病毒对苹果树内源激素、过氧化物同工酶和光合色素的影响

【摘要】 本文分别对携带和不携带三种苹果潜隐病毒(ACISV、ASPV、ASGV)的乔纳金(jonagold)、新红星(redcjodf),和长富-2(fuji)等三个苹果品种结果树的内源激素水平、过氧化物同工酶(POD)酶谱、叶片光合色素含量等进行了测定,结果表明,携带和不携带三种潜隐病毒的苹果结果树(下称元毒和带毒树),其激素水平、过氧化物同工酶(POD) 酶谱,和叶片光合色素含量等均有显著的差异.无毒树的iPA、ZRs和GA含量显著高于带毒树,光合色素含量也较高.而带毒树春梢叶的过氧化物同工酶酶谱在负极端较无毒树多一条带.
【Abstract】 Three apple cultivare- jonagold, redchief and fuji which were free of or carrying latent viruses A-CLSV, ASPV and ASGV- were studied. The results indicate that the contents of iPA, ZRs and GA of virus free trees are remarkably higher than those of virus carrying trees. The photosynthetic pigment contents of virus free trees are also higher. The peroxidase isozyme zymograms of virus free spring leaves of three culti-vars show an extra band near the cathode.
