刺梨超氧化物歧化酶含量的分析研究

【摘要】 采用核黄素光照法,深入、系统地探讨了刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt)的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量及其变化规律.结果表明,刺梨果实、花粉中的SOD含量均很高,其中,鲜果约为10000μ/g,果汁为5000μ/ml,干果为22000μ/g.花粉为2500μ/g.可称得上植物界的“SOD之王”.刺梨SOD含量在果实生长发育过程中,与Vc含量变化相反,呈逐渐下降趋势,但总量变化不大.青果期SOD含量最高,7月下旬至8月中旬维持平稳状态,之后下降速度略快,到9月上中旬果实成熟时SOD含量仍在10000μ/g以上.

【Abstract】 The SOD content of Roxburgh rose and its variation pattern were investigated by means of riboflavin illumination method. Results is showing that the SOD contents are high in the fruits and pollens, i.e. 10000μ/g in fresh fruits, 50000μ/mI in fruit juice, 22000μ/ g in dry fruits, 2500μ/g in pollens, so, it is worthy to be called as "The King of SOD". The SOD content of fruits decreases in the process of fruit developing inverse of the variation of Vc content, but the total amount of SOD is almost content. The highest SOD content ap-pears in green fruit period, from late July to mid August it maintain stable, then a little faster decreasing in early to mid September, when the fruits are matured, the SOD content still keeps on the level of above 20000μ/g.
