【摘要】 1990～1998年,对我国东北地区人工栽培山葡萄进行了病毒病调查、检测生产栽培的山葡萄普遍存在扇叶(GFV)和卷叶(GRV)病毒,并对生产主栽的品种“左山一”、“左红一”、“双优”、016、75-1-04和88-100的茎尖进行组培接种,经ELISA检测和木本指示植物嫁接验证,长度1～2mm茎尖诱导的组培苗、经变温(38～22℃)热处理可脱除CFV和GRV.山葡萄品种间脱毒率达100%.定植上述品种,品系脱毒继代(6～7代)茎尖组培苗和同品种带毒的扦插苗相比较,无论在树形、叶形、果实形态、色泽、酒质、物候期、抗寒性等均未出现明显变异,群体无性系生长整齐一致,增产3.49%～44.53%,具有稳定的遗传性状和良好生产性能.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the investigation of virus diseases of Vitis amurensis Rupr. from 1990 to 1998, the varieties (systams) of which were planted in the northeast of china hade commoly Grape Fanleaf virus ( GFV) and Grape leaf Roll virus (GRV) . Thus, we had the demonstration varieties cultured that inclded main growing Varieties:" Zuo shanyi" 、"Zuo-Hongyi"、"Shung you"、016、88 - 100 and 75 - 1 - 104 which plants are stem - tops. The culture plants were examined by ELISA and tested by graft on a woody indication plant, The testing result indicates: those two virues can be freed froom the 1.0～2.0mm stem - top with the changable temperatures ( 38 ～22℃). In varieties of Vitisamurensis Rupr. the virusfree rate reaches 100% . were planted in field It’s 6～7 generation stem - top culture plant compared with the same variety outting dimeter plants with common virus. They had to on apparent difference at these varietes such as tree shape, leaf shape, Fruit shape, colour, quality wine, phenological period , cold - resistant et al but their asexual systems grew una-nimity and increased yield 3.49% ～44.53% than the later.
