6-BA对切花菊瓶插期间膜透性等生理效应的调节

【摘要】 本研究在膜水平上初步探讨了瓶插期间6-BA延缓切花菊衰老的机理。结果发现,1mg/L 6-BA预处理24h延长了黄天寿的瓶插寿命.并提高其品质。表现在以下方面:膜水平 6-BA预处理抑制了膜透性的增大;延缓了膜脂过氧化作用的发生;膜的稳定性得到提高;过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的产生得以抑制;并且与衰老相关的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性在衰老的不同阶段分别得以抑制和提高。另外在膜水平上揭示了叶片早萎的原因。

【Abstract】 The mechanisms of 6-BA on delaying senescence of cut chrysanthemum from membrane level during vase are studied. The results indicated that the vase-life of Huang Tian-vshou cut flower was prolonged and qualities were improved after pretreated loy 6-BA(1mg/L) for 24h. Results revealed that membrane permeabitity was reduced, the peroxidation of membrane lipids was delayed, the production of MDA was reduced, and the activity of POD and SOD was decreased and increased respectively in different stages of senescence after pretreated by 6-BA, e. g, the stability of membrane was improved. Reasons of early wilting of leaves were discussed.
