菠菜收获前营养液中Cl- SO42-浓度对叶内NO3-含量及叶片生长的影响

【摘要】 收获前8d内营养液中NO3-N供给量充足,平均每天供给2.8mg/株时,营养液中 Cl-、SO42-的浓度对菠菜生长、叶内NO3-含量基本上无任何影响。当减少NO3-N供给量,平均每天供给2.1mg/株时,地上部鲜重降低,叶色变淡,而叶内NO3-含量可降至1300×10-6以下。而营养液中Cl-、SO42-浓度的变化对菠菜生长、叶内NO3-含量也无明显影响。在此条件下, SO42-浓度高于Cl-浓度时,生长较好,叶色变浓。

【Abstract】 This experiment was undertaken to clarify the relationship between decreasing NO3-N concentration and substituted Cl- and SO4- in nutrient solution for the growth and NO3- content in spinach ( Spinacia oleracea L. Cultivar. Sunlight) plant. The fresh weight and the relative content of chlorophyll showed no difference among treatments when the plants were exposed to NO3 - N concentration above 2.8 mg/plant/day in the nutrient solution for 8 days before harvest. NO3- content in the leaves ranged more than 3000× 10-6 and was not affected by Cl- and SO4- ratios in the solution. The plants grown in nutrient solution of NO3 - N at 0.7 mg/plant/day for 8 days before harvesting had lower fresh weight and lower relative content of chlorophyll, and NO3- content in the leaves decreased below 1 300 × 10-6. As for Cl- and SO42- in place of NO3 - N, NO3- content in the leaves was not affected by Cl- and SO42- ratios in the solution. But, the relatvie content of chlorophyll increased with increasing SO42- concentration in the nutrient solution. In this experiment, the absorption of NO3-N was not affected by using Cl- and SO42-- in place of NO3 - N and the absorptions of Cl- and SO42- were not rivaled by NO3 ?N. The absorption of Cl- was checked by NO3 - N in the nutrient solution.
