榨菜胞质雄性不育系内源激素代谢特点的初步研究

【摘要】 以榨菜胞质雄性不育系及其保持系为材料,取样测定了花芽分化前、花芽分化期、现蕾期和开花期叶片和花器内源激素含量。结果表明:花芽分化至现蕾期,胞质雄性不育系叶片内ZT含量明显高于保持系,而IAA含量则明显低于保持系,出现ZT盈积和IAA亏损现象;胞质雄性不育系叶片内ABA含量随植株的发育而降低,而保持系叶片内ABA含量一直较低,但到开花期则大幅度上升。不育系花蕾或花朵内ZT含量并不高于保持系,但不育系IAA含量出现严重亏损现象;ABA含量也是不育系明显较保持系低。根据本试验结果,我们认为,LAA亏损或 ZT/IAA比值偏高是榨菜胞质雄性不育系内源激素代谢的主要特点。

【Abstract】 In the present study, cytoplasmic male-sterile line (CMS) and its maintainer line of tuber mustard were used to detect the endohormones content in different stages of plant development. It was found that the ZT content of CMS in leaves was much higher than that of maintainer line after bud differentiation, though no difference existed between CMS and its maintainer line before bud differentiation. It was obvious that the IAA content of CMS in leaves was lower than that of its maintainer line, especially after bud differentiation. With the plant development, the ABA content of CMS in leaves was decreased , while ABA content was increased rapidly during blooming in maintainer line. On the other hand, the ZT content of CMS in bud or flower was not higher than its maintainer line, but the IAA and ABA contents of CMS were much lower than that of maintainer line. According to the results of present experiment, we conclude that the CMS makes a feature of low IAA content or high ZT/IAA ratio in endohormones metabolism, compared with the maintainer line.
