萝卜雄性不育系和保持系的花蕾同工酶分析
Isozyme Analysis on Flower Bud of Male Sterile Line and Its Maintainer in Radish

【摘要】 采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对萝卜(Raphanus Sativus L.)雄性不育系及其保持系的花萼、花冠、雄蕊和雌蕊进行了过氧化物酶、酯酶、细胞色素氧化酶、α-淀粉酶和超氧化物歧化酶的同工酶分析。发现前3种酶的同工酶酶谱不仅在不育系与保持系之间有明显差异.而且在不育系内或保持系内的花蕾不同部位之间也有明显差异,而后2种酶的同工酶酶谱在不同处理之间几乎相同。因此,萝卜雄性不育与过氧化物酶、酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶有关,而与α-淀粉酶和超氧化物歧化酶的同工酶无关。
【Abstract】 By means of vertical slab Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, isozymes of peroxi-dase, esterase, cytochrome oxidase, a-amylase and superoxide dismutase were analyzed with flower bud, calyx, corolla, stamen and pistil of male sterile line and its maintainer in radish. Results showed that isozyme pattern differences of former three enzymes existed not only between male sterile line and its maintainer, but also among calyx, corolla, stamen and pistil within male sterile line or within maintainer. Isozyme patterns of remained two enzymes were almost same. Conclusion was that male sterility in radish was correlative with isozymes of peroxidase, esterase and cytochrome oxidase, not with isozymes of a-amylase and superoxide dismutase.
