日光温室冬春黄瓜嫁接栽培及抗冻性研究

【摘要】 在江苏省洪泽县基地日光温室中,以深冬黄瓜生产中常用黄瓜品种中农5号、新泰密刺、津春3号和南瓜砧木云南黑籽南瓜和山西黑籽南瓜为试材,进行了黄瓜嫁接苗与自根苗生长发育比较试验。初步试验结果表明,所有接穗的嫁接苗后期生长势都明显优于对应的自根苗, 早期产量也高于自根苗;综合考虑经济效益和总产量,以云南(山西)黑籽南瓜-新泰密刺为最佳组合。嫁接苗较自根苗生长快的原因依赖于砧木发达的根系及较强的根系活力、砧木及嫁接苗的幼芽、叶片的半致死温度均低于自根苗。

【Abstract】 In solar greenhouse of Hongze county base, Jiangsu province, with experimental materials including common late-winter cucumber cultivars: Zhongnong No. 5, Xintaimici, Jinchun No. 3 and Yunnan and Sanxi cushaw stocks, we had compared development of grafted plants and self-root plant. Preliminary results showed that the growth potential of all scions at late stage was obviously greater than that of corresponding self-root plants and yields at early stage appeared the same pattern. After comprehensive considering economic profit and total yield, we thought that Yunnan cushaw and Xintaimici was the best combination. Due to flourishing root system and strong root vigor of stock , grafted plants grow faster. The LT50 of bud and leaf of stock and grafting plant was lower than that of self-root plant.
