低温胁迫对龙眼叶片SOD活性和膜脂过氧化的影响
Influences of Low Temperature Stress on the SOD Activity and Lipid Peroxidation in Longan Detached Leaves

【摘要】 以龙眼石硖、油潭本2个品种的叶片为试材,测定不同低温(3℃、1℃、-1℃、- 3℃)胁迫12h后叶片SOD活性和细胞质膜透性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,随着温度的降低,SOD活性先上升后下降,该拐点温度与质膜透性和MDA含量跃升期的起始温度相一致,可作为龙眼品种耐寒性的临界温度,即石硖品种为1℃,油潭本品种为-1℃。
【Abstract】 The detached summer leaves of two longan cultivars Shijia and Youtanbend have been treated at different low temperatures of 3℃、2℃、 -1℃、 - 3℃for 12h to study the influence of these treatments on SOD activity, plasamamembrane permeability and MDA content. The results showed that the SOD activity in treated leaves increased first, then decreased as the low temperature decreased; the temperature at the turning point of SOD activity was correspondent to the temperature at the biginning point of MDA content and plasamamembrane permeability faster increased. It indicated that the temperature of SOD activity turning is the critical temperature of longan cold tolerance. For Shijia Cultivar, the critical temperature of cold tolerance is 1℃, but for Youtanbeng is - 1℃ .
