晚红蜜桃自然杂交后代叶片氧化酶活性与果实成熟期的关系
Relationship between Oxidase Activities of Leaves and Ripening Stage of Fruits in Natural Hybrid Seedling of Wanhongmi Peach

【摘要】 晚红蜜桃自然杂交后代中,叶片过氧化物酶活性与吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性呈显著负相关;吲哚乙酸氧化酶与果实成熟期呈显著正相关,且主要为直接作用;过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶与果实成熟期有一定的相关趋势,但前者有相当部分通过吲哚乙酸氧化酶途径,后者则相对独立。不同发育阶段的氧化酶活性呈极显著的正相关。
【Abstract】 Negative correlation was found between the peroxidase activity and the IAA-oxidase activity in leaves. Positive correlation and high immediate path coefficient were found between the IAA-oxidase activity of leaf and the ripening stage of fruits. Lower correlation was found between the peroxidase (or polyphenol oxidase ) activity in leaves and the ripening stage of fruits , and the partial effect of peroxidase on ripening stage by the IAA path. The effect of polyphenol oxidase on ripening stage was relatively independent. The oxidase activities in the leaves in juvenile stage was positively related to those in adult stage.
