梨果实营养成分含量遗传倾向的研究

【摘要】 梨果实的可溶性固形物含量、还原糖含量、可滴定酸含量3个性状皆为数量性状。杂种后代果实可溶性固形物含量,接近于亲中值,并与亲中值呈正相关;还原糖含量均小于亲中值,二者皆呈正态分布;可滴定酸含量呈偏态分布,趋小变异,有杂种优势现象。各组合的遗传特点不同,不同亲本的遗传行为不同。
【Abstract】 The fruit soluble solids content (SSC), reducing sugar content (RSC), titratable acidity (TA) of hybrids of pear are quantity characters that controlled by polygenes. The distributions of SSC and RSC conform to normal curve and the trend is central-tended, the gene effect is additive. The distribution of TA deviates the normal curve. The means of offsprings are smaller than the means of two parents. The ratio of non-additive effect is relativily larger than additive effect. There is heterosis in TA heredity.
