乙烯利和TIBA对苹果幼果脱落及离区水解酶活性的影响

【摘要】 本文分析测定了经乙烯利和TIBA处理后的苹果幼果及果实和离区中PG、PE和纤维素酶的活性变化。结果表明,乙烯利和TIBA均降低了幼果的生长速度,促进了种子败育和幼果脱落。乙烯利处理果实比直接处理果柄和离区作用强,幼果脱落早且脱落率高,与TIBA处理相似。所有处理均表现最先提高果实内PG酶的活性。离区PG和纤维素酶的活性直到幼果即将脱落时才有明显提高。所以本试验证明乙烯利并非直接作用于离区,而是首先阻碍种子的发育,减少生长素的产生和外运,进而促进离区PG和纤维素酶的合成导致幼果脱落。

【Abstract】 The activities of PG(Polygalacturonase), PE(Pectin methylesterase), Cellulase in abscission zone and fruit related to fruit drop after ethrel and TIBA treatment were studied. The result showed that ethrel inhibited fruit growth and promoted fruit drop with seed abortion. Fruit drop was more with fruit treated than with abscission zone treated by ethrel. It was observed that PG activity increasing was earlier in fruit than in abscission zone, and cellulase increasing was just before fruit drop. The similar result was seen by TIBA treatment. So it indicated that machanism of ethrel on fruit drop was that it inhibited seed developing and export of IAA from fruit, and then switched on PG and cellulase biosynthesis in abscission zone.
