【Abstract】 15 fine clones of Anli pear (Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim) from estern Yanshan Mountain of Qianan County , Zunhua City, Qianxi County,Qinglong County, Yutian County and Chengde County were selected and their fruit sense properties were described. After comparing change of nutritions (organic acids, soluble solid materials and vitamine C) and change of fruit bleeding, hardness, water dissipation and the putrifaction percent pre- and post-storage,Si’an No. 5 is recommendedly suitable for further utiligation.更多还原
