提高墨兰繁殖速度的研究
Study on Increasing Propagation Speed of Cymbidium sinense

【摘要】 试验探讨了提高墨兰栽培中繁殖速度的方法。微量元素对墨兰的新芽萌发具有良好的促进作用。在0-100mg/L范围内,墨兰的新芽萌发率随6-BA浓度的增加而提高。P333对墨兰的新芽萌发也有促进作用,随着P333浓度的提高也有所提高(0-300mg/L)。获得了比较理想的催芽处理方法,使墨兰在处理两个月后,新芽萌发率达96%。
【Abstract】 Methods of increasing propagation speed of Cymbidium sinense(Andr. ) Wild had been studied. Micro - nutrients in MS medium can efficiently promote new bud germination. With the concentration of 6-BA Sadding up from 0-100 mg/L, new bud gremination will be increased. Higher concentration of PP333 from 0-300 mg/L can also promote more new bud formation. Suitable treatment of increasing propagation speed had been obtained, by which the new bud germination percentage could be up to 96 percent.
