【摘要】 本文着重探讨了离体条件下诱导金花茶多倍体的二种方法。结果表明:茎尖诱导法优于整体诱导法。茎尖诱导法的适宜秋水仙素浓度为0．04％-0．1％,处理时间为12-24小时;在相同条件下,不同种金花茶诱导频率不同。‘东兴’、‘扶绥’、‘毛籽’和‘丰花防’金花茶的二倍体体细胞染色体数为2n=2x=30,加倍植株染色体数为2n=4x=60;‘狮子头’体细胞染色体数为2n=4x =60,加倍后染色体数为2n=8x=120;解剖学和形态学研究表明,多倍体植株较二倍体植株叶大而厚,气孔面积变大、密度变小,茎尖细胞及细胞核明显变大;显示出多倍体特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper was focused on two methods of inducing colchiploid of Camellia spp through in vitro colchicine treatment. The results showed that effect of two methods through shoot tip treatment was better than that through whole plantlet treatment. The Suitable condition for tip polyploid induction and the morphylogical and anatomical characters of colchiploid of Camellia spp were introduced in the paper.更多还原
