菜豆抗锈性鉴定技术及其在抗病育种上的应用

【摘要】 文章详细介绍了菜豆抗锈病鉴定方法,并以四个地区的锈菌生理小种鉴定为例,阐述了锈病菌具有很强的生理分化性和变异性。作者对162份菜豆种质资源材料进行了抗锈性筛选,表明有58份材料对天津地区田间混合锈菌具有抗性,可以作为菜豆抗锈病育种的育种材料加以选择使用。文章还对全国最新育成的13个菜豆新品种进行了抗锈性评价,认为其中抗病品种有:‘新秀1 号’、‘新秀2号’、‘双丰一号’、‘双丰二号’、‘双丰三号’和‘12号玉豆’。
【Abstract】 In this paper the identifying technique for bean rust resistance is introduced. Physiologic races from four areas were identified. A high degree of pathogenic specialization and variability was shown. 162 bean resources were screened in greenhouse, 58 resources were found to be useful in resistant breeding to rust. Newly bred bean varieties of Xinxiu No. 1,No. 2. Shuangfeng No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and Yudou No. 12 were shown to be resistant to bean rust.
