矮生菜豆对磷的吸收与利用

【摘要】 以美国矮生菜豆‘供给者’为材料,用放射性同位素32P示踪的方法,对菜豆不同发育期磷的吸收特性、磷在植株体内各部位的分布以及对土壤施磷、叶面施磷的吸收利用率进行了分析研究。结果表明:幼苗期磷的吸收量较少,抽蔓开花期吸收量大幅度增加,成熟期吸收量最大;磷在植株中的分布量以花含量最高,其次为豆荚,根、茎和叶的含量较低;豆荚中种子的磷含量高于果皮; 植株对叶面施磷的吸收利用率高于土壤施磷。

【Abstract】 The results on absorption property and distribution of phosphorus (32P) in "Provider", a dwarf cultivar of kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgais var. humilis Alef.) showed that (1) Phosphorus was most greatly absorbed by the plant during the maturing stage of the pod. (2) Distribution of 32P in different organs decreased by degrees in the series of flower, pod, root, stem and leaf. The content of 32P in-seed of fruit was much higher than that in peel of pod. (3) The ratio of absorption and utilization of 32P with foliage spraying was higher than that with soil fertilizing.
