大白菜核基因雄性不育系遗传假说及其验证

【摘要】 在对已育成的大白菜核基因雄性不育系遗传特征分析总结的基础上,提出了不育性遗传的“核基因互作”和“复等位基因”两种假说,并设计了区分这两个假说的遗传分析试验,对假说进行了验证。试验结果表明,供试不育系的不育性属于复等位基因遗传。“Ms”为显性不育基因; “ms”为“Ms”的等位隐性可育基因;M’2为同一位点上的育性恢复基因。三者之间的显隐关系为 M’2>Ms>ms。

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the hereditary characteristics of the genie male sterile line of Chinese Cabbage , two genetic models were put forward to explain the inheritance of the male sterility, which were Genie Interactive Model and Multiple Allele Model. Genetic experiments were carried out to test and verify the models. Results showed that inheritance of the male sterility tallied with the Multiple Allele Model. "Ms" was a dominant gene that controlled the male sterility, "ms" was the allele of "Ms" that controlled the male fertility,"Ms’" was a mutiple allele of this pair of genes and was a restorer of "Ms". The dominant-recessive relationship of these three genes was Ms’>Ms>ms.
