【摘要】 本文对以大鸭梨为亲本的9个杂交组合的421个单株染色体数目进行了观察,发现15 个单株是2n=3x=51的三倍体。44个单株是2n=4x=68的四倍体,多倍体出现率占观察总数的 14％,观察结果表明,大鸭梨在多倍体育种中具有特殊价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chromosome number of 421 seedlings derived from nine crosses of tetraploid pear cultivar ’Dayali’ was observed, in which 15 seedlings being triploid of 2n = 3x = 51, 44 being tetraploid of 2n = 4x = 68, and frequency of polyploid produced from the offaprings of ’Dayali’ pear being 14%.
