【摘要】 本文通过研究活性炭和生长调节剂对梨试管苗生长的影响,进一步证实了活性炭对培养基中生长调节剂的吸附作用。在含有0．05％活性炭的3／4MS培养基中,1和5mg／L的生长调节剂不能发挥作用,大约25mg／L的生长调节剂才与无活性炭条件下1mg／L的生长调节剂表现相似的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adsorption of the activated charcoal (AC) to plant growth regulators (PGR) in culture medium and effects of AC or PGR on growth of test-tube plantlets of pear were studied in this experiment. In presence of 0. 05% AC+3/4MS,no effects was observed with 1 or 5 mg/L PGR. However, the plantlets had the similar biological responses with 0. 05% AC +3/4MS+2. 5mg/L PGR to the of 3/4MS+1mg/L PGR without AC.更多还原
