桃硬枝扦插技术及桃自根树初果习性的研究
Study on Strileting of Hardwood Cuttings and Characteristics of Own-rooted Trees in the Early Bearing Years of Peach

【摘要】 十月中下旬在南京地区进行雨花露、霞晖1号桃的去叶硬枝扦插,其生根率显著高于自然落叶后沙藏枝条的各期扦插。供试5个品种的生根能力和对“生根灵”处理的生根反应存有差异。霞晖1号生根率最高,为26.7%,黄山早露最低,为零。“生根灵”处理后,黄山早露的生根率提高到40%-60%,其他品种则均在80%以上。在50mg/L,1500mg/L和2500mg/L“生根灵”药液中分别浸4小时和10秒的插条,其生根率无显著差异。桃自根树与同品种嫁接树在定植后的四年内,干周增长无显著差异。果枝总量和短果枝量以自根树为高。自根树的果实性状与嫁接树无明显差异。
【Abstract】 High rooting percentages were obtained by planting the leafless cuttings in mid- and late Oct. The responses to SGL-treatments of the hard wood cuttings among 5 peach cultivars were different. With no SGL treatment, the rooting rates of Xihui Yihao was highest and Huangshan Zaolu lowest, 26. 7% and 0.1%, respectively. With the treatment of 1500mg/L for 10 sec. the rooting rate of Huangshan Zaolu increaced to 40% -60%, while those of other 4 cultivars were more than 80%. There were no significant differences in rooting of cuttings dipped in the solution of 50 mg/L SGL for 4 hrs and in the solution of 1500- 2500 mg/L SGL for 10 sec. No significant differences in trunk parameters, fruit weight and soluble solid content were found between the own rooted and grafted trees. The number of spurs and total number of shoots of rooted trees were found to be more than those of grafted trees.
