【摘要】 研究了6-BA、水杨酸以及两者配合使用对朱槿切花保鲜的影响。结果表明,6-BA能改善切花体内水分平衡,促进切花花蕾开放,使花朵鲜重和花径增大,并能抑制花瓣溶质外渗而延长花朵寿命。6-BA和水杨酸对切花保鲜比较,6-BA效果更佳,而两者配合使用对延长切花寿命有显著加合效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cutting flower of Hibiscus rosa-smensis were used to study the effects of 6-BAand salicylic acid on prolonging the longevity. The results showed that 6-BA treatment not only improved the water balance of cut flower, stimulated blossom ,puted on fresh weight and flower diameter , but also controlled petal solute seep out and delayed life of cut flower. 6-BA treatment is better compared with salicylic acid on prolonging the longevity of cut flower, but 6-BA treated together with salicylic acid is the best.更多还原
