光合细菌对百日草生长及根际营养的影响

【摘要】 光合细菌在草本花卉百日草栽培上的应用试验表明,它能够明显地刺激根系的生长,增强根系活力, 也能促进地上部植株生长,对提高植株的抗旱性有一定作用。施用光合细菌液能明显地改善根际营养环境, 大大促进土壤中放线菌、细菌的生长,抑制真菌的生长,显著提高土壤速效氮含量。合适的光合细菌处理液施用浓度在1‰-2‰范围。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in plant growth and nutrition of rhizo-sphere in Zinnia (Zinnia elegnns) irrigated with solution of different photosynthetic bacterium (PSB) concentrations. The results showed that PSB solution could stimulate the development of root and increase the activity of root absorbility. PSB solution could also promote plant growth and leaf drough-resistance. The nutrition environment of plant rhizosphere of Zinnia was improved rernarkablely compared to the control. The growth or propagation of actinomyces and bacterium in soil was accelerated enormously, but that of fungus was inhibited. Soil analysis also indicated that the soil quick-acting content of K was remarkablely increased by using PSB solution. The concentration scale 1‰-2‰ of PSB solution was suitable for irrigating.
