大棚黄瓜不同节位叶片的光合作用

【摘要】 试验研究了大棚黄瓜不同节位叶片的光合作用差异,结果表明:净光合速率随节位上升逐渐增加,近最高节位时稍降低;随生育进行,下层叶片的净光合速率增加快,展叶后9-11天达最大,叶片寿命为28-30天,中高层叶片净光合速率增加较慢,展叶后15-20天达最大,叶片寿命以中层最长,为44-46天,高层为38-40天;不同节位叶片的光补偿点均为50μE/(m2·s),光饱和点随节位升高有所降低,下层为1000-1100μE/(m2·s),中层为900-1000μE/(m2·s),高层为700-800μE/(m2·s);就单株黄瓜而言,净光合量最大的叶片并不是叶面积最大的叶片或净光合速率最高的叶片,而是叶面积较大且净光合速率较高的叶片;产量与最大净光合量的变化有两个明显的高峰,二者呈显著正相关:y=0.028+0.000037x,r=0.880(?),净光合量峰值比产量峰值出现时间提早10-14天,对净光合量第一峰值起主要作用的10片叶片是7-16节叶片,占总光合量的64.3%,对光合量第二高峰起主要作用的10片叶是11-20节叶片,占总光合量的90.9%;不同节位叶片,其叶面积、净光合速率和光合量的变化具有一定波动性。

【Abstract】 Cucumber was found that net photosynthetic rate(NPR) increased with the ascending of stem node but dropped slightly near the top. NPR of low stem-nodeleaves (lifespan 38-40 days) increased rapidly and peaked at 9 to 11 days after leaf expansion with the plant growth but that of middle-high stem-node leaves(with maximum life span 44-46 days) increased slowly and peaked at 15-20 days after leaf expansion. The life span of high stem-node leaves were 38-40 days. Light compensation point of leaves of different stem nodes was the same, 50μE/(m2·s). However, light saturation point declined with the ascending of stem node,1000-1100μE/(m2·s) for low stem-node leaves, 900-1000μE/(m2· s) for middle stem-node leaves and 700-800μE/(m2·s) for top stem-node leaves. So far as one single cucumber plant was concerned, leaf with maximum net photosynthetic production (NPP) was not necessary the leaf with maximum leaf area or NPR, but was the leaf with rather large leaf area and rather high NPR. The change of fruit yield and NPP had two distinct peaks and significantly positive-correlated to each other: y =0. 028+0. 000037 x , r =0. 880(?).The peak value of NPP appeared 10 to 14 days earlier than that of fruit field.
