花椰菜同化产物运转和分配的日变化规律

【摘要】 本试验利用14CO2示踪的方法,对花椰菜不同功能叶的同化产物在各生长期的日变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:缓苗后功能叶白天(4-20时)积累同化产物,夜间(20-4时)输出。源库中心是功能叶与上位叶,日输出主要供营养器官根、茎、叶的生长需要。莲座期,白天功能叶的同化产物既有输出,又有输入,夜间则前半夜(20-24时)输入,后半夜(24-4时)输出。源库中心是功能叶与上部旺盛生长的叶片、花球,日输出主要供上部营养器官的生长和花球的发育。花球膨大期,功能叶的同化产物日变化以输出为主,源库中心是功能叶与花球,日输出的同化产物主要供花球的发育。不同功能叶输出方向基本一致,但各有其供应的具体部位。

【Abstract】 This experiment used the 14CO2 tracing technique studies on diurnal variation of 14C-assimilates translocation and distribution in different leaves in the re-established period, the rosette period and the formation of curd period with cv. Dutch-48. In the re-established period,the 6th leaf accumulate from 4 am to 20 pm and exported assimilates from 20 pm to 4 am. The center of source-sink was the 6th leaf and upper leaves. Diurnal 14C-assimilates exportation met the needs of the vegetative ofgans, such as roots, stems, leaves. In the rosette period, both the 6th and 11th leaf exported or imported 14C-assimilates during the day-time. During the night, from 20 to 24 pm, they imported and then till 4 pm before dawn export assimilates. The hearts of source-sink were 6th, 11th leaf and upper vigorous growth leaves and curd. Diurnal assimilates exportation principally satisfied the demand of upper vegetative organs and curd. In the curd formation period, diurnal variation of the 6th, 11th leaf chiefly exported 14C-assimi-lates. The core of source-sink is the 6th, 11th leaf and curd. Diurnal assimilates were required for curd development. The direction of assimilates export from different leaves was basically similar. Each leaf had its specific providing center,the diurnal variation of the 11th leaf was more complex than the 6th leaf.
