黄瓜长势与根际微生物的关系

【摘要】 在黄瓜连作土壤中栽种不同的蔬菜并设置不同的生物环境后分析其根际微生物变化发现:不同蔬菜的根际B/F值不同,根际优势菌也不同。在不同前茬的土壤中,黄瓜的长势不同而且与其根际B/F值有显著的正相关关系。由此推论在土壤中不仅病原微生物影响黄瓜的生长,微生物环境也同样对黄瓜起着重要的作用,从而为黄瓜连作障碍原因寻找微生态理论依据。

【Abstract】 Different vegetables were planted in the same continuous cucumber cropping soil and the same soil which had been given different biological environment. Cucumber was planted in the soils of above treatment. The results indicate that the changes of the soil microorganism were differed greatly in quantities of bacteria , fungi and actinomycesamong the treatments. The growth of cucumber seedlings are also different. There exists a positive correlation between the growth of cucumber seddlings and the ratio of bactera to fungi (that is B/F). Each vegetable has a distinct B/F and adominative kind of microbes at its rhizosphere. So among the edaphone , not only the pathomycete , but also the species and quantity of microorganism may affect the gowth of cucumber.
