不同形态和浓度铁盐对基质培番茄生长发育的影响

【摘要】 以炭化稻谷壳和锯木屑(4:1)为无土栽培基质,分别以FeSO2·7H2O,柠檬酸铁和三种Fe- Na·EDTA浓度(分别含3,2,1ppmFe)为铁源进行番茄袋培试验,结果表明:营养液中以FeSO4·7H2O 和柠檬酸铁替代FeNa·EDTA后,番茄植株在干物质积累,叶绿素含量、伤流液量及伤流液内各营养元素含量上均与以FeNa·EDTA为铁源的处理无显著差别,并且也获得相当的果实产量和品质; 另在三种FeNa·EDTA浓度处理之间,以含Fe2ppm浓度处理具有较多地下部干物质积累,较高叶绿素,伤流液量和伤流液内含钙量。

【Abstract】 Bag culture of tomato was earned out on carbonized rice hull medium supplied with nutrient solution containing FeSO4·7H2O,iron citrate or FeNa·EDTA (at three different concentrations containing 3, 2, or 1ppm Fe). Tomato plants with FeSO4·7H2O or iron citrate exhibited no significant difference in dry matter accumulation, chlorphylls contents, amount and contents of mineral elements in the bleeding saps as well as yield and fruit quality as compared to the control plants supplied with FeNa·EDTA as iron source. Further more,among the three concentrations of Fe in FeNa·EDTA supplied,the 2 ppm gave out more chlorophylls contents,underground dry matter accumulation,amount of exudate and calcium in the exudate.
