叶面喷施稀土对黑穗醋栗叶片生理特性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了叶面喷施稀土对黑穗醋栗叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、光量子通量密度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率等生理特性的影响,对稀土促进果树增产的生理基础进行了探讨。试验于 1991-1992年在吉林农业大学小浆果试验园中进行,供试品种为4年生初果期黑穗醋栗“黑珍珠”,稀土元素为黑龙江省稀土材料总厂生产的“常乐益植素”。试验设6个处理,稀土溶液浓度为 300、500、800、1000、1500和0mg/L(清水对照,pH5.2),每3株一个小区,3次重复,随机排列,分喷1次和2次两组。1次喷施处理时间是盛花期,2次喷施处理是在盛花期进行第一次喷施后15 天再喷一次。(1)叶面喷施稀土后,低浓度处理(300-800mg/L)既能提高叶绿素a含量,又能提高叶绿素b含量,叶绿素总量也随叶绿素a和b含量的增加而明显提高,无论喷1次还是2次,均以 500mg/L处理效果最好,1500mg/L处理效果低于对照。(2)从对光合速率的影响看,除1500mg/L 处理导致黑穗醋栗叶片光合速率下降外,其余处理与对照比,叶片光合速率均有明显提高。(3)稀土叶面喷施后,在一定的瞬时气温和叶温下,各处理光量子通量密度均高于对照;气孔导度除 1500mg/L处理低于对照外,其余处理均高于对照,其中以500mg/L处理效果最好;蒸腾速率除 1500mg/L处理低于对照外,其余处理均高于对照。从叶面喷施稀土对黑穗醋栗的影响看,以低浓度(300-800mg/L)处理生长季喷2次较为适宜。
【Abstract】 "Hei Zhenzhu" cultivar of black currant was treated with rare earth by leaf applying. The results indicated that the contents of chrolophyl a and b in leaf were increased by applying rare earth at low concentration (300 to 800mg/L). Leaf photosynthetic rate was also increased. The leaf photon flux density (PFD), stomatal conductance (Gs), and leaf transpiration rate of black currant were influenced well by leaf applying of rare earth at low concentration, but were supressed at high concentration (> 1000mg/L). According to the experiment, applying of rare earth on the crop at low concentration twice a year is suitable.
