脱毒对苹果树生长及部分氮代谢指标的影响

【摘要】 1993-1994两年的研究结果表明,脱除病毒后的王林、长富2苹果品种在粗放管理条件下的新梢生长量、节间长、单株叶片数、单叶面积和干周分别比阳性对照提高55-194%、13- 40%、36-58%、38-52%和117-129%,这是一般农业措施无法比拟的,同时说明脱除病毒恢复了苹果树对环境的适应能力,而使苹果在立地条件较差的地区发展也能获得良好的效果,并具省工、高效的优点。对氮代谢指标的测定结果表明,脱毒提高了根、成叶硝酸盐(NO-3)的含量及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性;提高了根及新叶的水溶性蛋白含量,成叶中的水溶性蛋白含量有所降低;根、新叶、成叶中氨基酸含量下降。通过分析认为,脱毒恢复了苹果树体氮素吸收、运转、循环、利用等能力,这是复壮的主要原因之一。

【Abstract】 The test results in two years (1993-1994) show that the growth rate of the virus-free apple seedlings , including Orin, Nagafu 2 increased extremely, compared with their CK. It can not achieve only by the ordinary agricultural measures, and meanwhile, it suggests that viruses dltion make apple trees regain the capacity to adapt to circumstances. As a result, the virus-free apple trees can be planted at barren fields,The nitrogen metabolism indices determination reveal that the viruses deletion increases the nitrate content and the NR activity in roots and the mature leaves. Compared with their CK, the soluble protein content in roots and the tender leaves are higher but in the mature leaves are lower, and the ammo acid content in the three organs are all decreased. It is concluded that viruses deletion form apple trees make them restore the ability to assimilate, transport, transform, and utilize nitrogen. It is believed that it is one of the reasons for virus-free apple trees to rejuvenation.
