温州蜜柑异常高温下内源IAA和ABA含量的变化
Changes in IAA and ABA of satsuma mandarin under high temperature stress

【摘要】 采用人工高温模拟室对枳砧3年生兴津温州蜜柑于花期进行高温(30℃-35℃)处理 48小时,以探讨高温胁迫下柑桔内源IAA和ABA含量的变化及其与落花落果的关系。结果表明,高温处理使叶片IAA含量增加而幼果中IAA含量下降;叶片ABA含量的变化不明显,幼果ABA含量显著提高。高温处理破坏了叶片和幼果中IAA和ABA含量的相对平衡,从而使 IAA/ABA值发生变化,且幼果中的IAA/ABA值与落果关系密切。
【Abstract】 During flowering three-year-old satsuma mandarin trees on trifoliata orange root-stocks were exposed to high temperature (30-35℃) which was obtained in a room with automatic temperature-controling system for 48 hours. The endogenous hormone was assayed with ELISA (enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assays) to study the relationship between IAA or ABA and the dropping of flowers and fruitlets caused by high temperature stress . The results showed that after the exposure of high temperature the content of IAA increased in leaves but decreased in fruitlets , the content of ABA changed slightly in leaves but went up obvionsly in fruitlets. High temperature changed the relative content of IAA and ABA in leaves and fruitlets. The ratio of IAA and ABA in fruitlets had a minus correlation to the dropping of fruitlets.
