久旱骤雨诱发荔枝裂果原因探析

【摘要】 经控水处理的荔枝树,其裂果率高于对照,在雨天,特别是台风雨天气,干旱促进裂果的效应更加明显。控水诱发荔枝裂果增加的原因,一方面是抑制了前期果皮的发育,减少了果皮中Ca的含量,极显著降低了果皮的断裂应力和果皮伸长率;另一方面又显著增加了假种皮中可溶性固形物 (TSS)和K的含量,使果实生长潜势得以加强。

【Abstract】 The litchi fruit-cracking and fruit-growth under soil water withholding and meteoric changes were studied. It was found that water-withholding increased the litchi fruit-cracking percentage, and it was obvious during rain ,especially typhoon rain. Its causes were imposed not only to cause the peel developmental obstruction ,to decrease the content of Ca in peel and to reduce the failure-stress and elongation-rate of the peel very siginificantly ,but also to raise the content of K and TSS in the aril siginificantly and promote the litchi fruit growth potential.
