桃实生树可溶性蛋白质含量变化与童程的关系

【摘要】 利用嫁接方法排除基因型、环境和取样因素后表明:童年期叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量显著低于成年期,但转变期与成年期相近。在童年期可溶性蛋白质含量随节位的升高逐渐增加,并呈回归趋势,而成年期则相对稳定。叶片可溶性蛋白质含量受砧木年龄、砧木种类、嫁接高度和生长方向的影响,而枝龄和叶龄的影响相对较小。本文认为叶片可溶性蛋白质含量是与阶段发育关系密切的指标之一,并依此对生理童程和转变区间进行了回归估计,均值分别为70cm和55cm。
【Abstract】 The leaf soluble protein content was higher in adult phase than that in juvenile phase,but similar with that of transitional phase. The higher the leaf position was,the more the soluble protein content increased in juvenile phase. The soluble protein content was similar between plants in adult phase. The soluble protein contents were affected by the stock age, stock specices, graft position and the branch angle. The close relationship was suggested between the soluble protein and the phase development. The physiological juvenile span(70cm) and the transitional zone(55cm)were estimated.
