【摘要】 安徽省幅员广阔,地形条件复杂多样,野生蔬菜资源极为丰富。据初步统计,全省野生蔬菜有85科364种,其中高等植物62科196种,食用类21科166种,藻类植物和地衣植物各1科1种。安徽省野生蔬菜资源的分布具有明显的地域性。淮北平原区和江淮丘陵区地势起伏不大,海拔多在 200米以下,野生蔬菜以散生在荒岗、荒地及田野的草本植物为主;沿江平原丘陵区为水网地区,野生水生蔬菜资源相当丰富;皖西皖南山地丘陵区则以山地野菜和野生食用菌为主。野生蔬菜有很高的利用价值,不仅是我省重要的出口创汇农产品,也是无污染的“绿色食品”。开发野生蔬菜符合我国食品发展的方向。本文就如何合理开发利用野生蔬菜资源,提出如下几点建设:1野生蔬资源的利用与保护并举。应制定开发利用规划,保护好现有生态资源,严禁掠夺式的采集。2、加速人工引种驯化栽培。可利用先进的现代生物技术,加快利用的步伐。3、提高综合加工水平,改善野菜商品品质。野生蔬菜加工成营养食品、疗效食品,食品工业及制药工业原料等。4全面普查资源。进一步掌握其分布、蕴藏量、生长规律及经济价值,为制定开发利用规划提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anhui province lies between 29 degrees and 34 degrees North with a total area of over 139,000 kilometers, which is an important agricultural province and rich in wild vegetable resources. Accoroding to the preliminary statistics, they belong to 85 families, 210 genera, 364 species(of which, 196 species of higher plants; 166 species of wild edible fungi; 1 species of alga and 1 species of lichen). The more important families Include Osmundaceae, Ftertdiaceae, Cruciferae Fabacene, Umbeaaiierae, Labiate, Composilae, Litiacene, Gramineae, Boletaceae, Russuluceae, Tricholomaceae and Amamitaceae. The geographical distribution and utilization of wild vegetable resources are given. Many wild vegetables,such as Osmunda japon-ica and Pteridium revolutum,are traditional exports of our country all the time. To explore and utilize them can not only in-crese state and peasants income,but also enrich the varieties of vegetable in the market and improve the livelihood of the people , The effeccive measures to explore and utilize the rich and unique wild vegetable resources thoroughly and rationally are also dlso discussed in this paper.更多还原
