柑桔果实枯水研究进展

【摘要】 本文综述了柑桔果实枯水机理及其调控的主要研究进展,并提出了柑桔枯水机理的新假说。
【Abstract】 This paper is review of the main research progress on the mechanism of granulation and its control in citrus fruit. A new hypothesis for the mechanism of granulation is presented as well.
