【摘要】 目的观察蒲公英提取物的免疫调节及抑瘤作用。方法1.免疫调节实验:小鼠经口给予不同剂量的蒲公英提取物30天后,观察脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化。2.抑瘤实验:小鼠经口给予不同剂量的蒲公英提取物20天,第21天接种S180肉瘤,继续灌胃一周后处死。观察瘤重、抑瘤率、免疫器官指数的变化。结果1.蒲公英提取物能增强小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、NK细胞活性及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。2.蒲公英提取物能抑制肿瘤生长。结论蒲公英提取物具有一定的免疫调节及抑瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Abstract]Objective To study the effects of TM on immune modulation and antitumor.Methods The changes of immune system such as proliferation of lymphocytes, NK activity andphagocytosis of macrophages, were studied. S180-bearing mice were used as model, the weight of tumorS180 and immune organs, and the antitumor ratio were all observed.Results TM can promote immune function in normal mice and inhibit tumor growth in S180 bearingmice.Conclusion TM has effects of promoting immune function and inhibiting tumor growth.更多还原
