【摘要】 本文首先建立了城市交通分析中考虑部分路段上一氧化碳(CO)排放量限制的弹性需求条件下的用户平衡配流模型,给出了等价性证明。根据弹性需求配流模型解的特性进而给出了双层规划模型,该模型上层要求网络容纳尽量多的O-D需求量,同时要求排放到网络中的CO总量最少;而下层是一个标准的弹性用户平衡配流问题。最后介绍了基于灵敏度分析的双层规划模型的求解算法,并用一个简单的算例说明了模型及算法的应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 By utilizing the mean value theorem and interval method, the linear under-estimates of the objective and constraint functions are given, and a branch-and-boundalgorithm is proposed for globally optimal solution of SGP.
