东部、中西部利用外资的对比和建议

【摘要】 从外资在中国东部、中西部的分布严重失衡的状况出发,建立了一个计量经济模型,定量地得出了各地区偏差系数D值表、投资环境指数表、投资环境内部结构表,并由此把29省、市、区分成五类,最后给出政策建议,特别强调了中西部改变外资投资的软、硬环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors construct a metric economics model according to the unbalance status of foreign capital distribution in eastern and middle western area of China. Then they obtain deviation coefficients D value table, an environmental index table and an inner structure table of investment environment. The 29 provinces, cities and areas are divided into five types according to the data in tables. In the end, suggestions are given out, the importance of changing the soft and hard environments of foreign capital in middle western area of China is emphasized.更多还原
