国际航天合作工程项目管理模式和运筹学应用研究
On Management Modes and Operational Research Applications In One International Space Cooperation Engineering Project

【摘要】 中国和巴西两国合作测控卫星工程项目是一个国际合作项目,工程项目取得了圆满成功,为我国今后在航天测控领域进行国际合作积累了丰富的经验。本文对此次国际合作中的创新管理模式和运筹学应用进行了论述。该工程项目实践证明,其创新管理模式和运筹学应用是保证工程项目成功的关键。
【Abstract】 The joint TT&C satellite engineering project by China and Brazil is a international cooperation engineering project. The engineering project was completed successfully, and it has provided China with plentiful experiences in international satellite TT&C cooperation, which are very useful for future cooperation. In this paper, the new management modes and applications of Operational Research are described, and they have been proved to be the key to the success of the engineering project.
