【摘要】 赤潮灾害于近几年频繁暴发,有毒赤潮危害更为严重,近年来国内外已发生了几次较大规模的有毒赤湖。综述了赤潮毒素的生物及化学检测法,HPLC法与传统方法相比,具有准确、快速等优点,是一种很好的快速检测赤潮毒素的方法。在对我国赤潮毒素进行检测研究的基础上,应尽快建立适合我国的赤潮毒性标准系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, several extensive toxic red tides have occurred in Chinese and foreign sea areas, and have caused serious harms. In this paper, some biological and chemical methods for detecting the red tide toxin are summarized, compared with the traditional methods, high performance liquid chromatogra-phy (HPLC) is more precious and rapid, and is a good method for fast detecting the red tide toxin. Based on present Chinese detection researches on red tide toxin, a standard system of red tide toxicity suitable to Chinese conditions shall be established as soon as possible.更多还原
