【摘要】 在广泛调研和深入分析国际上放射治疗计划系统及其关键科学技术问题发展状况的基础上,设计了一个基于现代计算机技术和核物理数值模拟方法的、用于精确放射治疗的先进计划与质量控制系统(称之为ARTS:Advanced/ Accurate Radiation Therapy System),对其关键科学技术问题进行了研究和发展,包括信息处理与建模、快速高精度剂量计算、逆向计划全局优化与控制、实时自动摆位与定位以及计划验证等问题,为进一步开发满足临床实际应用的精确放疗系统建立了科学技术基础,本文给出了ARTS系统的概貌、各主要功能设计思想和关键科学与技术问题研发进展。
【Abstract】 An Advanced Accurate Radiation Therapy System (ARTS) is proposed and developed based on the extensive investigation of the international widely-used radiation Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) and the relevant key scientific issues.The R&D of the topics,such as data processing and modeling,fast and accurate dose calculation,multi- optimization and control of inverse planning,real-time positioning and orientation,and planning verification,are performed in the frame of ARTS.These work constitute the scientific foundation for the further development of an advanced clinical TPS.This paper presents the overview of ARTS,the design philosophy and current status of each functional modules.
