热释光剂量计的缺陷复合体

【摘要】 基于碱土硫酸盐掺入稀土和过渡金属元素研制出的一系列热释光磷光体MSO4:RE,X (M=Ca,Mg,Sr and Ba,RE=Dy,Tm,Eu and X=P,Mn)的实验研究,热释光三维发光谱和热释光剂量响应曲线的分析,我们认为,这些磷光体中缺陷是以缺陷复合体的形式存在,这些缺陷复合体由本征缺陷和掺入杂质构成,可视为热释光多阶段随机过程的基本单元。从实验结果清楚地观察到,热释光剂量计的热释光特性和剂量响应特性与缺陷复合体的结构密切相关。本文还将基于缺陷复合体模型探讨热释光的理论模型。

【Abstract】 Based on the experimental studies on thermoluminescence(TL) in the series of phosphors alkaline earth sulphate phosphors MSO4:RE,X (M=Ca,Mg,Sr and Ba,RE=Dy,Tm,Eu and X=P,Mn) and the analysis of three emission spectra and dose responses in these TL dosimeters,it is supposed that the defects in these phosphors should be formations of large defect complexes, which include intrinsic imperfects and dopants.These defect complexes were formed in the course of preparation of phosphors and could be regarded as basic elements in the TL multi-stage processes.It has been observed from these experimental results that the TL characteristics and dose responses in these TL dosimeters depend on the structure of defect complexes obviously.The TL theory model has been discussed in this paper.
