GEM电极结构的电场模拟和计算

【摘要】 基于有限元算法,对特殊几何构型的GEM电极的电场分布进行模拟和计算。介绍了有关的几何模型建立,边界条件的确定和网格划分方法,给出了完整的二维电场分布计算结果。
【Abstract】 To simulate and calculate the distribution of electrostatic field in the GEM detectors based onthe finite element method. The methods of building the model, confirming the boundary condition andmaking the mesh are described. The electrostatic field of standard GEM with geometrical structure ispresented in this paper.
