高效、定量控制金相样品的机械磨光过程
Control of Machinery Polishing Process on an Efficient and Quantative Basis

【摘要】 通过分析磨削速度与磨粒尺寸的关系、砂纸粒度与损伤层的关系,我们选择200号水砂纸为第一道磨光砂纸, 后续配合400、600以及800号砂纸的组合;除了第一道砂纸,在其他每一道砂纸上,只要划痕方向一致,上一道砂纸的划痕消失,就可以更换更细的砂纸磨光。如此,可以高效、定量控制金相样品的机械磨光过程。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the correlation between grinding speed and size of grinding gravels as well as the relationship between grain size of abrasive paper and damage layer,we selected 200# waterproof abrasive paper as the polishing abrasive paper for the first stage processing,and followed-up with the combination of 400#,600# and 800# abrasive pa- per.Except for the abrasive paper for the first stage processing,a finer abrasive paper can be used when the scratches disappear on it as long as the scratches on the other abrasive paper have the same direction.Thus the machinery polishing process can be controlled on an efficient and quantative basis.
