磁场退火工艺参数对无取向硅钢磁性能影响的实验研究

【摘要】 本文在实验室研究了退火温度、磁场强度大小、磁场方向及保温时间等对低牌号无取向硅钢磁性能和组织的影响.通过对磁性能数据的正交分析.研究结果表明:退火温度和磁场大小是影响试验钢比饱和磁化强度指标的显著因素,磁场大小与保温时间对剩余磁化强度也有显著的影响. 当加热温度在800℃、施加磁场大小为3T 时,调整施加磁场的方向与保温时间可以使无取向硅钢的比饱和磁化强度、比剩余磁化强度分别达到较理想的结果.
【Abstract】 The effects of intensity of magnetic field,orientation of mag- netic field,annealing temperature and holding time on low grade nnn-ori- ented silicon steel are investigated,and the magnetic properties were ex- amined by orthognnal analysis so that the best processing parameters are picked.The results of experiment indicate that annealing temperature and intensity of magnetic field are the key factors of the specific saturation magnetization as well as intensity of magnetic field and holding time af- fects significantly on the specific remanent magnetization.The specific saturation magnetization and specific remanent magnetization of non-orien- ted silicon steel could reach better values when annealing temperature is 800℃ with intensity of magnetic field being 3T by means of readjusting o- rientation of magnetic field and holding time.
