冷轧工艺对CSP冷轧薄板再结晶影响规律的研究

【摘要】 本文对包钢 CSP 热轧板采用不同的压下率进行了冷轧及退火,通过显微组织、显微硬度测量和分析揭示了再结晶的规律。结果表明:随着冷轧压下率的增加,退火再结晶过程提前,晶粒长大过程相对延长,再结晶晶粒更加细化,并且更加趋于均匀一致
【Abstract】 In this paper,cold-rolled process and annealing process were studied for Baotou Iron and steel (Group)Co.on its CSP hot-rolled sheet with five different cold-rolled reduction rate and annealing processes.The recrystaUization rule was studied by analysis of microstructure,microhardess.The results show that the annealing recrystallization of the sheets is leaded with the increaseing of cold-rolling reduction,so the process of grain growth is correspondingly prolonge ,and the recrystal grain size are more thinning and refinement more uniform.
