Zn、Dy对磁制冷材料Gd磁热效应的影响

【摘要】 用真空高频磁悬浮炉制备了 Gd1-xZnx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)、Gd1-xDyx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)两种系列二元合金,并用直接测量法测量了合金在1.5 T 磁场下的磁热效应。研究表明,Gd 中添加少量 Dy 后,晶体结构不发生变化,但其磁热效应明显降低,居里温度呈线性关系下降;Gd 中添加少量 Zn 后,居里温度保持在室温附近,磁热效应随 Zn 含量增加而逐渐降低。
【Abstract】 Gdl-xZnx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)and Gdl-xDyx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)alloys were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace.The magnetocaloric effects of these alloys were measured directly at the magnetic field of 1.5 Tesla.Gdl-xDyx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) system alloys had the same crystal structure,but different in the magnetocaloric effects and the Curie temperature.The Curie temperature of Gdl-xZnx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)system alloys was kept in near room temperature,and the magnetocaloric effects of Gdl-xZnx(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) was decreased gradually with the increase of x1
