EBSD谱重构晶体的三维倒易初基胞

【摘要】 本文提出了利用电子背散射衍射技术确定块状品体未知结构的新思路,详细地介绍了在菊池花样中选择三维倒易初基胞的原则,通过引入超定方程组的方法,用菊池带的宽度信息求解初基胞的晶胞参数,成功地实现了从二维面到三维空间的重构。实验结果表明:用单张菊池图谱完全可以解析晶体在倒易空间中的结构。本文在分析原始数据误差来源的基础上,阐述了误差对三维重构的影响,并探讨了减小误差影响的途径。

【Abstract】 A new method to determine unknown structure of bulk crystals by means of electron backscattered diffraction technique has been proposed in the present work.The criteria to construct a three-dimensional reciprocal primitive cell in a Kikuchi pattern were introduced in detail.By using overdetermined equations,the parameters of the primitive cell were solved according to the information obtained from the width of the Kikuchi bands,indicating that the reconstruction from two-dimensional planes to three-dimensional space could be successfully achieved.The results demonstrate that three-dimensional reciprocal structure could be fixed by single Kikuchi pattern.Following the analysis on the origin of the error of the original data used,the effect of the error on the three-dimensional reconstruction has been illustrated and the way to reduce the effect also discussed.
