压力罐不锈钢压盖的凝固模拟及结构工艺改进

【摘要】 采用ProCAST软件模拟计算了用于热水器压力罐不锈钢压盖的充型和凝固过程,并根据凝固温度场模拟记结果,改进了压盖结构和铸造工艺,使其结构工艺性更加合理, 显著地降低了缩松和缩孔缺陷,提高了质量和产品的可靠性,达到了预期的改进目标。

【Abstract】 In this paper, ProCAST code was introduced to simulate the filling and solidification process of the tank sealing plate of water heater. Based on the simulation results, some corresponding measures like changing casting structure and technology, were taken to make the processing property more reasonable. As a mult, the defects such as shrinkage and cavity locating in the casting, were reduced obviously and meanwhile, the reliability and quality of product were improved also.
